Machine Summary
VY series vertical machining center adopts the moving structure of cross sliding table an linear guide ,which is mainly applied in the processing of middle and small-scale complicated parts.It can finish all kinds of processing ,such as milling ,drilling ,expanding ,boring ,tapping and profile milling at one time of clamping .It is suitable for the parts processing with high precision ,multiple procedure and complicated shape .It is the key facility in industries of general machinery, mold, axiation, energy and traffic.
Structure and performance
1.The bed,saddle,table ,column and spindle box are made of high strength inoculated cast iron and resin bonded sand and treated by multiple aging processes to guarantee the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
2.The machine tool adopts the linear rolling guide (or 2-axis linear rolling guide and 1-axis sliding guide) and the moving parts are characterized by the good dynamic response,Guarantee the smooth linear movement of each axis and realize the cutting with high precision and high efficiency.
3.All axes adopt the high torque AC servo-motor direct-driven precision ball screw nut rotation,which are applicable to the high-precision and heavy cutting of work pieces.
4.The column adopts the herringbone structure characterized by the large contact surface to guarantee the stability of machine tool and enhance the processing precision and surface smoothnee.
5.Apply the computer-aided engineering (CAE) system to finish the optimized structure design and enhance the reliability of machine tool,and the finite element method (FEM) to take the scientific analysis and optimization of design structure ,which can guarantee the rigidity and stability of the whole machine strucutre.
6.Apply the high frequency quenching for the table surface and the hardness can reach HRC45 °to reduce the damage to the table during the clamping.
7.Apply two-times aging treatment for the cast to guarantee the complete release of internal stress and the precision persistence of the machine tool.
8.Apply the large-type Y-axis 4-line design to make the machine tool possess the higher bearing capacity and stability(VY-1370L and others).
9.Standard belt-type 8000(6000) rotation spindle that applies the imported precision P4-level bearing to assemble the main body to guarantee the high precision and high rigidity of the spindle.
10.Both ends of ball screw adopt the imported PN7-level screw supporting bearing special for CNC machine tool and also the precision nut for the pretension to reduce the thermal deformation,but greatly enhance the location precision.
11.All guides and ball screws adopt the centralized,timed and measured lubrication,leading to the complete and reliable lubrication.Meanwhile,the main lubrication duct has the function oil pressure-loss protection.
12.Fully-enclosed cover and pretty-back design.Under the preconditions of ensuring the operational safety and environmetal protection,it is intergrated with the man-machine engineering and elegant and beautiful modeling design to reduce the operation berden and enhance the work efficiency in the simple operational environment.
13.The fully-enclosed fast tool-change tool magazine can guarantee the safe,reliable and efficient tool change.
14.The oil cup of unclamping cylinder has the function of liquid-level detection to guarantee the reliability of un clamping.
15.The tool magazine is optionally equipped with the air cylincer to guarantee the stable pressure of air supply and avoid the stuck tool caused by the insufficient air supply(optional).
16.The cyclic spraying of spindle can provide the full cooling during the processing (Optional).
17.The punching for th chassis provides the great convenience for operators to clean the scrap iron and enhance the working efficiency(Optional).
18.3-axis adopts imported C3-level precision ball screw.Apply thee pretension to each axis to enhance the transmission rigidity and location precision.Apply large-type standard rolling guide to enhance the bearing capacity and stability.(VY-1370L and others)
