Machine Summary
The machine with dry-cutting process is a new generation. It is designed and developed up to the current internation advanced level.
The machine is of 7 axes with 4 axes coordinated control. It is representative of environmental protection, automation, flexible, high speed & efficient developing trend of the world's manufacturing industries and is embodies design concept of the people-oriented and green manufacturing. It is suited for the industries that produce gearbox gears on a large-scale production under high precision and dry hobbing, such as automotive, car and etc.
Performance and Feature
1. The machine is of 7 axes with 4 axes coordinated controlled. Each motion axis is driven independently by AC servo-motor. Based on tje principle of generating method, with carrying out index and differential compensation motions by electronic gearbox(EGB), the machine is designed to cut cylindrical spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, splines, worm wheels and sprockets etc. Its CNC axes are as follows:
- A-axis--hob head wivel motion;
- B-axis--hob spindle rotary motion;
- C-axis--worktable rotary motion;
- X-axis--radial feed motion;
- Y-axis--tangential feed motion;
- Z-axis--axial feed motion;
- Z2-axis--axial feed motion of the tailstock;
- Four axes coordinated control of the standard machine: B, C, X and Z.
2. High speed & dry-cutting machine increase 2-3 times efficiency more than wet-cutting one.
General Arrangement
1. The high speed & dry-cutting CNC gear hobbing machine if of 7 axes one wth 4 axes coordinated control. The column is new gantry construction and the workstay is fixed. Radial feed unit can carry out radial feed motion. Meanwhile the machine integral rigidity is improved, supply a clean & strictly safeguarded cutting area. Funnel type internal guards is perfect. Chip can be removed quickly to be beneficial to integral thermal balance of the machine.
2. The hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic systems are concentrated and installed on the rear side of the machine. The electrical cabinet is installed on the left side and auto workpiece storage is mounted on the right side of the machine.
3. The worktable adopts super precision helical gearing to carry out high speed rotation of index gearing and is equipped with clearance-eliminating mechanism.
4. Cutting area safeguarding and quick chip-conveying technology.
5. Ultra dry-cutting process of green environmental protection through research on spindle speed, hob data, feed rate, cutting force and chip thickness to form perfect dry hobbing process data system.
6. High precision and rigidity roller linear guideways imported are adopted for each linear motion parts. Super precision ball screw is adopted. Ball screw adopts high precision and rigidity compound bearings support so that greatly increase rigidity of the parts and motion accuracy.
7. Oriented environment friendly and ecolodic benefits design, finite elecment topology analysis of constructional parts and modal analysis to ensure high rigidity meanwhile reduce mass of moving parts, oprimize driving characteristics, and carry out energy saving and environment friendly design.
