1.The internal ribs have a reasonable layout and high rigidity, and the guide rail adopts an intermediate frequency quenching grinding process. 2.The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation And avoid the offset of the center of the spindle. 3.To reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated with an oil bath cycle. 4.The front end of the main shaft adopts a three-support structure of a two-row angular contact ball bearing,improving accuracy and increasing rigidity. 5.The gears in the headstock are quenched and grounded to ensure accurate transmission and low noise.

The heavy duty lathe have 18 steps forward spindle speed 6-750 r/min; and also have 6 steps reverse 10-775 r/min. Wide spindle speed meet various processing requirements.
Spindle & Lathe chuck:
The 3-jaws chuck comes standard for the horizontal lathe, and the 4-jaws chuck and the face plate comes optional. The lathe chuck adopts C11-type spindle nose connection, convenient and fast. Pull-push spindle guard comes optional, finish stopping the spindle when it is opened.
Tool-post guard (optional):
Foldable protection guard for the tool-post can effectively protect the safety of the worker, and does not hinder tool change.
2-axis/ 3-axis DRO:
