Features:
- The series vertical knee type milling machine is a general purpose machine with can be used in wide range.
- Mounted with face, cylindrical, side, bevel and formed milling cutters, the machine is suitable to process flat, inclined surface, slots and gears on miscellaneous workpieces.
- Equipped with optional accessories, such as rotary table and dividing head, machine can be applicable to versatile processing, it is an ideal machine for machining process, maintenance, instrument, die and moulds.
- Vertical milling head can rotate ±45°, spindle quill can move vertically (without VMN250), Worktable can realize automatic feed and rapid feed on the X/Y/Z-axis.
- Hardened and ground guideways ensure overall accuracy and machining accuracy of the machine.
- Adopts high power motor, wide change speed, so the machine can complete high-speed cutting by using alloy cutters.
- Optimization whole structure design of the machine, have enough rigid and stable, can realize strong cutting for heavy duty workpieces.
- Equipped with complete coolant and lubrication system, reduce the cost of maintenance.
